Rakais endeavours to reproduce all products as shown but sizes are approximate, on occasions materials may vary slightly from the photographs, but overall appearance will be the same.

Prices and Delivery

The price is inclusive of VAT where applicable.  Any delivery charges are extra. Postage & Packaging within U.K. charge £5.95. Please allow 10 working days for delivery within UK mainland and for Highlands and islands please add 3 extra working days.

Please note that delay in delivery is sometimes outside of our control. Therefore delivery times are approximate only and we shall not be liable for any losses, costs, damages, charges, or expenses caused by any delay in delivering the goods to you unless caused by our negligence.
You will become the owner of the goods you have ordered once they have been delivered to your specified delivery address. Once the goods have been delivered we no longer have any responsibility for any loss or damage to the goods.

Returns

We try ensure complete customer satisfaction. If for any reason you are not satisfied with the product we will be pleased to replace or refund you on the cost of the item. Please ensure that the product is returned within 10 working days in its original condition. We cannot be held responsible for the costs of returned goods ( or returned items lost in the post) unless we delivered the item to you in error or the item is faulty.

Availability

All goods and services advertised are strictly subject to availability.
We endeavour to ensure that we only display items on our website that are currently available. If you place an order for something that is not available we will contact you via email or telephone within 24 hours.

Security

We do not hold payment details on file, once we have processed your order we delete your information. All transactions are encrypted, and you enter a secure area when you are entering payment information (To double check that you are in a secure area look at the bottom of your browser's frame for a closed padlock symbol.

Privacy

We will not make your personal details available to any other party for any purpose.

We accept most Debit Credit Cards. If there is any problem we will contact you via email or telephone.

Pricing Information

All prices are correct at the time of publishing and include VAT and delivery within 10 days.

Colour

We have made every effort to accurately display the colours of items on the website. However, as the actual colours you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of colour will exactly match what is delivered.
